RhemeSignal Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the RhemeSignal mobile application ("Application"). By downloading and using the Application, you agree to these Terms.

1. Description of Service

RhemeSignal is a mobile application that offers stock market, cryptocurrency, fund and portfolio tracking, debt management, spending categorization, and AI-powered stock analysis/recommendations.

2. Not Investment Advice

AI stock recommendations, price predictions, news impact analyses, and all other analytical content provided in the Application are for informational purposes only and do not constitute investment advice, consultancy, or inducement. This content is based on statistical models (e.g., machine learning-based prediction models), generated according to historical data, and is not a guarantee of future performance. You should base your investment decisions on your own research and/or an authorized financial advisor. Murat YENER/RhemeLabs or RhemeSignal cannot be held responsible for damages that may arise from investment decisions made using the Application.

3. Account Responsibility

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login information (Google, Apple, or email/password).
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• Uploading false, incomplete, or misleading information (e.g., fake bank statements) is considered a violation of the Terms and may lead to account suspension.

4. Subscription and Payments

• Certain features (premium/additional analytics features) may require a paid subscription.
• Subscription purchases and renewals are managed through Google Play's payment infrastructure, while subscription status tracking is managed via RevenueCat.
• You can cancel your subscription at any time from your Google Play account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Google Play's relevant policies apply to pricing and refund terms.

5. User Obligations

When using the Application, you agree not to:

• Reverse engineer the Application or attempt to extract source code,
• Overload the service with automated bots/scraping tools,
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to someone else's account,
• Upload content or data that violates applicable legislation.

6. Intellectual Property

The Application's design, source code, brand name, and logo belong to Murat YENER. Third-party market/news data displayed in the Application belongs to the respective data providers and is licensed solely for in-app use.

7. Continuity of Service

The Application is provided "as is". Temporary service interruptions may occur due to disruptions in market data sources, maintenance work, or unforeseen technical problems; uninterrupted service is not guaranteed.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable legislation, Murat YENER cannot be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of profit, investment loss) arising from the use of the Application.

9. Changes to Terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time. Notifications will be provided within the Application for significant changes. Your continued use of the Application after an update signifies your acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Applicable Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Turkish courts and enforcement offices have jurisdiction over disputes that may arise from these Terms.
